There are many forms of fighting, and they all have their strengths and weaknesses, but which ones are the most effective. If you put them up against each other, which one would come out on top? In this video we are going to take a look at just two types of fighting techniques, Wrestling and Karate, and see if we can work out which one is the most effective.
