Kyokushin Karate and Wushu Sanshou and both highly effective fighting styles in their separate disciplines. Kyokushin Karate speaks for itself, it's a variation on the well known Japanese martial art. Wushu Sanshou has its origins in China and is a form of kickboxing that is also known as Sanda.
Both have their advantages and both have their disadvantages but most importantly, both have the capacity to inflict serious damage onto an opponent.
