Who exactly is “Moon Knight”? To begin with, he's Marc Spector, a former assassin/mercenary who is resurrected after death by the ancient Egyptian god Khonshu. Spector's other pseudo identities include affluent playboy Steven Grant and taxi driver Jake Lockley, both of whom suffer from a dissociative identity disorder. “Moon Knight” is a cross between Batman and Split. Spector's voiceover reveals that he can't distinguish the difference between his "waking existence" and his dreams, and we get a peek of this in the trailer, which depicts Moon Knight to be one of Marvels more darker outings.
