When it comes to the contribution to the list of super-heroes, DC has given the world some of the most pivotal super-heroes. The character designs have a lot of detailing in the background stories, abilities, motives, objectives, etc. These are the variables that have helped create a plethora of superheroes. In this never-ending list of characters, there have been several heroes and villains who despite their prominence in stories failed to get completely explored and definitely can be marked as underrated. Characters like ‘The Question’, ‘Donna Troy, and many more are amazing but they are yet to be given adequate presence to explore their stories and origins. However, DC is perpetually remaking modern age versions of these long-lost characters that are pretty interesting. These underrated superheroes need proper explanations and exploration and so today in our video we will be listing out 9 such characters who had rare mentions in the DC comics.
